We thank Bienna B. Chow, CFA GAICD and the team at Blackmore Capital (Yu Li, Claire Xiao, CFA) for hosting an event for our community on the impact of AI for women in the investment industry. The interactive lunchtime session covered three main areas of focus, including the impact of AI on the investment industry, then the impact of AI for women in the investment industry and finally, how can we prepare for the change that is already underway. There were many insights but most importantly was the encouragement to not be afraid to use AI and to start to understand both the rewards and limits to AI.
