Here at 3TOM, we are celebrating the increasing relevance of honest and intimate conversations. We have had the pleasure of hosting a number of such events already this year and feel incredibly humbled that Shemara Wikramanayake is willing to share two hours of her time with us. The conversation will be fluid and focus on her personal journey, views on leadership and the relevance of encouraging more women to enter and stay in the financial services sector.
In case you are not aware, Shemara has been appointed the next CEO of Macquarie Group, effective as of 30 November 2018. Shemara has excelled in many facets of her life but has always maintained a low public profile so it is a real privilege that she is hosting us on 29 August.
