In February 2020, with the generosity of Cooper Investors and its philanthropic vehicle, the Maitri Foundation, we were able to host an intimate event focused on mental wellness. What has become clear in a short period of time is that health in all forms (physical, emotional, psychological) is of paramount importance right now. So whilst we are not able to change the reality of living in a lockdown environment, we believe that looking after your mental wellness is the ultimate key to making the best of living in these uncertain times. This event reviewed and went deeper into the same themes as the February event.
We are in an interesting moment where we have been given the opportunity to slow down and even stop, to prioritize our health and finally reflect on the life we have and discover what is truly important.
